Position: PT/FT Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: Chadds Ford, PA 19317

Pay Range: $45-52/hr

Monday: 8am-5pm

Tuesday: 8am-5pm

Wednesday: 8:30am-5pm

Friday: 8am-3pm

-Period of Employment before Benefits Eligibility: Depends on the benefit, health benefits and retirement plan start at hire date, Paid holidays start after 90 days, PTO starts after 6 months

-Medical Benefit: Yes, a PPO plan OR a high deductible HSA plan

-Retirement: Simple IRA account, Doctor matches up to 3%

-Bonus/Profit Sharing/Incentives: Bonus for Invisalign cases

-Continuing Education: Molis coaching, Spear, Align, other courses at the employees request after approval from Doctor

-Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

-Personal Time: Falls under PTO

-Sick Time: Falls under PTO

-Other: $1,500 Welcome Bonus! It will be paid out quarterly, $375 3 mos later, $375 6 mos later, $375 9 mos later, $375 1 year later

-Criteria: FT or PT hours available based on what the applicant prefers (we’d prefer full time but will take a PT applicant), ranging from 24-32 hours per week available on Monday (8am-5pm), Tuesday (8am-5pm), Wednesday (8:30am-5pm) and Friday (8am-3pm).
