Position: FT Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: Wilmington, DE 19808

Monday: 7am-5pm (lunch from 12-1pm)

Tuesday: 7am-5pm (lunch from 12-1pm)

Wednesday: 7am-5pm (lunch from 12-1pm)

Thursday: 7am-2pm

Friday: closed

Saturday: closed

-Period of Employment before Benefits Eligibility (ex: 6 months, 1 year, etc.): 6 months

-Medical Benefit: no health insurance provided

-Retirement: 401k match, profit sharing, safe harbor

-Vacation: PTO accrued incrementally on an annual basis, maxing at up to 120 hours

-Bonus/Profit Sharing/Incentives: see above

-Continuing Education: all CE is paid for

-Holidays: all major holidays paid

-Personal Time: see above

-Sick Time: see above

-Other: Fee for service practice with a well-established patient base. Many patients have been here for decades. Personal relationships are key. Hygienist needs to be thorough, as patients have come to expect an excellent cleaning each time. One hour hygiene appointments. More information available upon request
