Position: FT Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: Paoli PA 19301

Monday: 7:30-5pm
Tuesday: 9:30am-7pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-5pm (Alternating)
Thursday: 7:30am-5pm
Friday: 7:30am-1pm
*days are flexible, goal is to offer ~34-38 hours
Saturday: n/a

-Period of Employment before Benefits Eligibility (ex: 6 months, 1 year, etc.): 1 year
-Medical Benefit: Eligible on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. Employee only- there will be minimal out of pocket expense for the employee’s coverage. Dependents can be added at 100% employee responsibility
-Dental Benefit: After 60 days employment, No charge for employee and direct dependents in household (except lab fees, products)
-Retirement: Eligible over age 21 after 1 yr of employment
-Vacation/Sick/Personal Time are all under the category of PTO: PTO is prorated on the 1st of Jan for 2023 (partial week). On Jan 1, 2024 the employee is eligible for 1 week. On Jan 1, 2025, the employee is eligible for two weeks.
-Bonus/Profit Sharing/Incentives: Profit sharing after 1 yr of employment, Bonuses for whitening, Periodic bonus as determined by the doctor
-Continuing Education: After 90 days of employment, 1 mutually agreed upon course
-Holidays: After 30 days of employment, Holidays are paid if it is a normal day that you work. If you are off on a day that the holiday falls, you are not paid for that day.
-Other: Bereavement Pay for immediate family
