Position: FT Dental Assistant

Location: Wilmington, DE 19806

Pay Range: $18-25/hr, depending on experience

Monday: 7:45-5pm, lunch 1-2pm

Tuesday: 7:45-5pm, lunch 1-2pm

Wednesday: 7:45-5pm, lunch 1-2pm

Thursday: 7:45-5pm, lunch 1-2pm

Friday: 7:45-1pm

-Period of Employment before Benefits Eligibility: After 1 year of employment

-Medical Benefit: Yes, after 90 days of employment

-Retirement: Yes

-Profit Sharing: Yes

-Holidays: 11 paid yearly holidays

-Personal Time: Yes

-Other: “Cash Balance”: A retirement plan in addition to a 401(k) and profit sharing is distributed at the end of the year for whatever profits are made.
